Kelvin Leung
Physiotherapist | Strength coach
With over 12 years of experience as a physiotherapist in Australia and the UK, Kelvin started Sterling Physiotherapy when he returned to Melbourne in 2022. His vision for Sterling embodies everything he valued during his time working in private practice, professional football (soccer) and community health: Trust, communication and achieving results.
Meeting people from all walks of life is something that Kelvin deeply enjoys, and getting to know you and being able to help is what inspires his daily work.
Nowadays, being a keen climber himself, Kelvin also enjoys working closely with rock climbers across Melbourne about their injuries and performance. He is also competing in natural bodybuilding, and has earned professional status in 2025.
Having lived in multiple countries throughout his life, Kelvin also knows a thing or two about travelling; and would love to connect with you over all things culture, food and hilarious (or embarrassing) anecdotes.
Andrue Sacris
Physiotherapist | Strength coach
Andrue is a physiotherapist with a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, performance training, and long-term injury management. His clinical approach is centred on structured rehabilitation, clear patient education, and building physical capacity beyond pain resolution.
With a background in personal training and performance-focused environments, Andrue works confidently across gym-based rehabilitation, return-to-sport preparation, and general musculoskeletal conditions. He has a particular interest in strength athletes, endurance athletes, and individuals who want to understand their injury rather than simply treat symptoms.
A keen athlete himself with a professional bodybuilding background (and currently training for a triathlon), Andrue understands first-hand the mindset of individuals who train with intent - balancing performance goals, recovery, injury setbacks, and the discipline required for long-term progression.
